  • Laundry Partner: Refers to laundromats registered on the platform.
  • Driver: Refers to independent contractors handling pick-up and delivery
  • Service: Refers to laundry pick-up, processing, and delivery through the app.

2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• • Country of Domicile: Saudi Arabia is our country of domicile.
  • Governing Law: Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia.
  • Jurisdiction: Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi Arabian courts.

3. Age Restriction

Minor Users: Customers under the age of 18 (“Minors”) are prohibited from:

  • Transacting on or using the App or website.

4. Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods:

      • All transactions are processed in Saudi Riyal (SAR).

Cardholder Obligations:

6. Service Terms

• • Users can schedule laundry pick-up and delivery through the app.
  • Prices are determined by the selected laundromat and displayed before confirmation.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once picked up by a driver.

7. Responsibilities

User Responsibilities:

      • Provide accurate addresses and contact details.

Ghaseeli Responsibilities:

• • • • Facilitate pick-up and delivery in partnership with laundromats.
      • Address complaints and disputes in accordance with company policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ghaseeli is not responsible for:

• • Damaged or lost clothing due to negligence of the laundromat.
  • Delays in service caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, accidents).

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved under Saudi Arabian law, and users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts in Saudi Arabia.

11. Amendments to Policies
